- Delays caused by customs clearance, local carriers, or force majeure events

3. Damaged Products or Packaging
If your product arrives damaged due to overseas shipping or logistics, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the packaging is damaged but the product itself is not affected, this may not qualify for a refund. However, if the packaging damage affects the usability, safety, or condition of the product, we will evaluate the case and may offer a refund, replacement, or other solution.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
